Radish is used as one of the best treatment for constipation and hemorrhoids They say that the best way to combat hemorrhoids is by addressing the problem of constipation. To start with solving your digestive system worries, you need to get some rest for a few days so the intestines can be thoroughly cleaned. An all fruit diet can definitely go a long way in terms of cleansing your system. Aside from the fruits, you can also try white radish as it is well known for its excellent benefits to hemorrhoids. A mixture of radish and salt or radish and honey can give you positive results. Radish juice is very beneficial. You can peel and grate the radish and squeeze it to extract the juice. A few tablespoons of this mixture every bedtime would be very effective. You can continue the treatment for as long as you like.

To do the radish juice for your hemorrhoid treatment, you can add a teaspoon of honey to 100 mg of grated radish and have the mixture at least twice a day. You can also extract the radish juice and mix it with a pinch or half a teaspoon of salt. It should be given in doses of 60 to 90 ml, one in the morning and the other in the evening. Aside from the juice, you can also use radish in making a paste that you can apply in the affected area. Grind the radish into a paste with some milk. By applying the said paste into the inflamed area, it will help you relieve the pain and swelling.

And of course, the sulfur-based chemicals found in this plant are very helpful in bile secretion. Greens of radish are usually used for treating jaundice patients. Regular consumption of a glass of radish juice eases bowel movements and gradually improves the appetite.

With all the nutrients found in radish, there is definitely no doubt that it is very useful in curing constipation and ultimately, hemorrhoids. However, the raw radish is even more effective than cooked radish in curing hemorrhoids.
