You should move around or take a walk for a few minutes.

Warm and Cold Baths

As much as possible pregnant women should avoid taking medication even if it is intended to cure hemorrhoid symptoms. There are some products which may contain harmful ingredients that may affect your baby. Always ask your Ob-gyne for guidance. To relieve pain and inflammation, you can try medicated pads, topical anesthetic or medicated suppository. But again this should have a prior approval from your doctor.
